To earmuffs or not to earmuffs?

My lovely earmuffs broke a few days ago. I'm pretty upset; I wasn't expecting them to go any time soon. I haven't decided whether I should buy new earmuffs or invest in a really good hat. Hats never keep my (rather large) ears warm, but I've been dorking around earmuffs alone for quite some time now. Is it time for an upgrade to a sturdy hat? Not easy since I have been eying these UGG Stripe Cable Earmuffs from ASOS:

I'd prefer the baby pink multi (right) or ivory multi, but the brown multi one is marked down from £50.00 to £30.50 so I may have to settle. I'd like to justify this purchase by categorizing muffs as an essential to my winter wardrobe. Essential, right?

Oh, I've received a new camera (yay!) so expect decent pictures of things in the future. :)

Bath Bomb, Free American Apparel and Giveaway Winners

I just took a long bath after chiseling and hammering apart my LUSH bath bomb. My skin feels absolutely fantastic. It has been a while since I've taken a bath like this.

The three remaining pieces of my LUSH Avobath Bath Bomb.

I made my first purchase from Swirl today! I used the coupon code WELCOME1 for $20 (expires December 31, 2010) off my purchase and bought a $19 American Apparel Turtleneck Dress. So it was free! Shipping is $10, but that's not bad for an American Apparel dress. :) Just wish I had ordered it sooner so I could wear it for Christmas.

I've finally loaded the entries of my holiday giveaway onto the spreadsheet and random.org(ed) the winners:
  1. Winner of Laura Mercier Crème Cheek Colour: Morgaine
  2. Winner of Laura Mercier Sateen Eye Colour Duo: Quyen
  3. Winner of Smashbox Beauty Package: Annabellex
Congratulations to the winners! I've already contacted you girls. I'm sorry that I probably won't be able to get these gifts to you by Christmas. Please confirm your information and I hope you'll get the prizes in time for New Year's Day! I apologize for taking so long to draw the winners. I've been traveling a lot and lost track of time. I am on a budget this Christmas but I grabbed an extra something last I was at LUSH for a small giveaway. The information will be up soon, but one winner will get Blooming Beautiful (retail $12.95).

Disclaimer: I paid for everything with my own money.

Chanel Temporary Skin Art

Chanel

Chanel Tattoos

I'm bad.

I couldn't resist getting these limited edition Chanel tattoos. They're so elegant and dainty, so pretty and oh so Chanel. I've always had a sort of liking of temporary tattoos, but they can come off as childish and cheap. These ones are supposedly high quality and can outlast a few washes. At $75 a pack, these skin art are certainly not cheap. They come in a pack of 55 tattoos, so I shared with a friend. I'm not too bad right?

You can wear the authentic Chanel logo without paying the price. (Or is this considered fake Chanel by Chanel?)

I have tried a couple of these tattoos and they apply very easily and come out beautifully sharp. I love wearing multiple "bracelets" around my wrist. I'll be sure to take some pictures of the application once I'm on holiday.

Hope everyone is hanging on well. :) The holiday is right around the corner.
