Kameria Facial Masks and Pure Milk Whitening Cleansing Oil

Skincare and cosmetics provided by iMomoko. BB Creams are covered in a dedicated post.

Kameria Baby Face Moisturizing Mask and Whitening Mask ($2.50)

I will only review the moisturizing mask as I have not tried the other one. I do not believe in whitening masks and even if I did, I probably won't be able to see a difference with only one mask. I am asking my mother to test the whitening mask and I will try to update you.

Review Summary: Kameria Baby Face Moisturizing Mask
Product: It feels cool on the face and smells amazing. 4.5/5
Effectiveness: Definitely moisturizing, but nothing extra. 4/5
Packaging: Very pretty packaging and easy to open. 5/5
Value: Standard price for facial masks, but you can get similar ones for a little less. 4/5
Overall: Good moisturizing and revitalizing mask. A-

Kameria Pure Milk Whitening Cleansing Oil (30 mL)

You guys know I avoid whitening products, but I really dig this cleansing oil. It removes makeup without being greasy or drying. I know a lot of of people (like my mother) love whitening products so it is probably a high selling point. When in contact with water, this cleansing oil becomes something like a cleansing milk.

Review Summary: Kameria Whitening Milk Cleansing Oil
Product: It smells good and leaves my skin feeling refreshed. 4.5/5
Effectiveness: It cleans makeup fairly well, but not spotlessly clean. I'm unsure of the whitening effects. 4/5
Packaging: Love the packaging! Once uncapped, there is a plastic applicator to prevent spillage. 5/5
Value: A 100 mL bottle is just $15 and a little goes a long way. 5/5
Overall: Cleans makeup well, leaves skin refreshed and non-greasy. A

I am so glad I had the chance to try out the Kameria brand courtesy of iMomoko. If you follow me on Twitter, you'll know that I somehow used up my plethora of facial masks a while back. I am going to purchase a few different ones from Imomoko and let you know which ones are my favorite.

If you have never shopped at iMomoko, I recommend you explore their website. iMomoko ships internationally and stocks a lot of Asian skincare and cosmetics products that you will not be able to find in America or Europe. They stock many Japanese and Korean skincare products and even Taiwanese brands like My Beauty Diary. My one complaint with their website is that there does not seem to be an option to view more than 18 items per page. The selection is vast so I want to browse through more quickly.

Before I go on my crazy shopping spree and empty my wallet, let me know if there are any products/brands that I should check out. I will duly explore and report back.

  1. Thanks for the review. :)
I personally haven't tried any facial masks because it seems so expensive, but I guess with regular use, they do have strong benefits. Also never tried this site before. I'll check it out!

  2. Amy,
They are expensive (usually $1-3 per mask, depending on amount bought) and usually moisturizers will do a similar job - but they feel so nice on your skin. Perfect for those summer nights when you are feeling hot.

I kind of wish the cloth masks were more popular in the US so I can get cheaper ones :D

  3. ive only tried my beauty diary and i really like it

  4. Amberlin,
I have never tried My Beauty Diary, but I've heard good things. I'll look into them for sure.

  5. which mask do you recommend overall for sensitive skin?

  6. Most cloth masks are similar and would work just as well. I am looking into some paraben-free masks now and will let you know. :)
