To Blog Sale or Not to Blog Sale

I am considering having a blog sale, but I don't know if it would be worth the hassle. I never had much success in the past with these things. What are your experiences with blog sales? Have you ever had one? Or have you had any good/bad experiences with one?

Pros of Sale:

• Clear my house of things I don't use, have never used, will never use, etc.
• Gain some money to buy new things. (Pro or con?!)
• Offer buyers cheap stuff. (Cheap prices, not cheap quality.)

Cons of Sale:

• Shipping. I hate going to the post office, but what I hate most is things getting lost in the mail. For that reason, I will only do shipping with tracking within the US. Sorry international buyers, but you can still buy gift cards.
• Satisfaction. I want to provide the best sales experience possible, but as you can see, I am not a business. I don't want to see any buyer unhappy and will accept returns, but I can't cover shipping costs. (See? It's still the darn shipping.)

Might sell:

• Clothes - Lightly worn clothing such as dresses and blouses will be sold for $2-$10 a piece. Forever 21 dresses will be about $2/each and anything that is as high as $10 will be higher quality dresses, knit sweaters, or some newer clothes.
• Jewelry - I have loads of JewelMint jewelry locked up in my drawer from my JewelMint obsessed phase. I have all the boxes too. Without boxes, I'll sell them for $5 a piece. (Or cheaper if I like you.)

Some of you may remember the Jealousness Magic Lash Lengthening Mascara Set that I received from my iMomoko package last month. I promised you a review and I finally have something for you: a full demonstration of the instant lash extension effect from the mascara. (I will also be reviewing the other makeup items, but I feel that they may be overshadowed by this lovely Jealousness mascara!)

The Jealousness mascara set comes with two tubes. One is a waterproof mascara in black and the other tube contains white fibers to extend your lashes. You are supposed to apply this set in a three-step process (after curling lashes, of course). Keep reading to see how I apply these!

The holidays are drawing near as Sigma Beauty has just announced their plan to release their enticingly new collections of makeup. By the end of the 2012 year, Sigma plans to come out with eyeshadow bases, individual eyeshadows, brow gels and more makeup.

The Bare, Dare and Flare Eye Shadow Base Kits (retails $36) consist of a set of 3 eyeshadow bases and one makeup brush. Eyeshadow bases are essential for smooth long-lasting and highly pigmented eyeshadow application. I hope these can become the new paint pots as I just adore the colors! These eyeshadow bases will also be sold individually for $13 each.

Good Health and Skin with Müller Greek Yogurt

Yogurt is not only great for digestive health, but also good for the skin! The natural calcium and vitamin D contributes to great bone health. I always keep a stash of yogurt in my fridge as it is a healthy snack that also prevents me from overeating the bad snacks.

I recently got my hand on some Müller™ Corner™, Greek Corner™ and FrütUp™ yogurts. They come in many different flavors, but my favorite is the Greek Corner™ yogurt in strawberry. (Truthfully, I love anything in strawberry.) The taste is good and light, the calories are low and the packaging is wonderfully clean and simple! I absolutely love adding fruits to my yogurt, but I don't usually enjoy pre-added fruits as they tend to sink to the bottom. These Müller™ yogurts have fruits (and other toppings) on the side so that you can scoop in as many (or as few) bits as you like.
