I'm not usually one to participate in mass media and corporate sponsored events, but this sounds so beneficial that I can't help it! Since I already have a full year gym membership, I won't be paying for any of the special gym and spa offers. I will, however, be enjoying the plethora of health articles, tips and advice offered throughout the week! I guess it's just a little morale boost for my effort to get fit for the Spring.
